10 Week Health & Fitness Challenge runs Jan 6-March 12th

We have over 30 people that have taken on the 10 Week Health & Fitness Challenge this winter!!!!   Keep up the great work boys & girls - you are reducing stress and increasing movement!   I love it!

 

Our 10 week health & fitness challenge includes: 1 Barre class/week plus 1 mini health challenge each week.

 

Weekly challenges include: 5 gratitudes a day, 3 walks, 5 random acts of kindness, unplug an hour before bed, read 20 mins, calm the mind for 2 mins, set a baby health goal and focus on it all week, start a new tiny habit, spend at least 5 mins a day outside, clean out one draw a day

 

Barre is a combination of ballet, pilates and gentle yoga. Barre gives you more energy, a stronger core, better balance, boosts your mood and is a great addition to improve strength & flexibility needed for your favourite activity.

All levels welcome, you work at your own pace

 

Choose your barre class: Mon 4:30 pm. Tuesday 1:30 pm Wednesday 6:15am Wednesday 4:30pm Thursday 1:30 pm
