Jan 6-March 12, 2020 Barre Registration Form

Tanja’s barre is a combination of ballet, functional fitness, pilates, & yoga. We focus on building core strength, posture & balance, as well as toning & strengthening the whole body. It's optional to use the weights bands and balls. Options are shown for each movement, you choose what’s best for your body. Please commit to 1 day a week as a minimum.  Please reserve your spot with Tanja to make sure there is space, Classes are limited .Join anytime, fees will be pro-rated from when you join.

Thurs          1:30pm          Barre & Abs

  

1 class a week       $ 90            10 classes

2 classes a week  $150            20  classes

3 classes a week  $195            30  classes

4 classes  a week $240            40  classes
