I am super excited to start an ACE Health & Wellness program on Salt Spring Island.
The ACE content is all science based, the wellness program includes 3 group sessions monthly on Mondays at 6:30pm, homework and weekly check in's - sign up anytime you are ready to commit.
Within our small group, we focus on lifestyle medicine: stress management, boosting physical activity and eating better.
Each session includes a core workout, stretching, breathing, gratitude practice. Each person has equal time to share while others listen. You will discover your top 3 strengths and how to align your core values with activities you enjoy. We learn together, brainstorm and participate in science based exercises, uncovering our next steps for health.
Topics include: Stages of Change, Motivation, Values/Vision for the future, Feelings & Behaviours, Strengths & Barriers, Goal Setting, Action plans, Growing Habits, Ownership & Results.
