BARRE, BALANCE AND ABS

A light to moderate ballet barre class, this class improves balance, posture, strength, core, range of motion AND flexibility. Integrating small weights, suspension bands, and pilates balls. Barre is a combination of ballet, pilates, functional fitness and yin yoga stretches.


Level: light/moderate. Great for newcomers – Become your strongest self

Wednesdays 45 min Barre Power: A fast-paced and invigorating ballet barre class, improves posture, core, overall strength, flexibility while lengthening your muscles. Incorporating weights, suspension and bands and Pilates ball – this challenging yet simple class works the whole body – fatiguing the muscles with repetition and isometric exercises. Lift, tone and feel the barre burn.
