Class names are changing as well we are creating a better program for you.
Below are the new names, their level, time of class, and a description. Join us this spring as we work our hearts & muscles!
We start on April 12th on Zoom.
Facebook on-demand classes are included in our Spring Zoom series. (#5 SSFitness Cardio & Muscle 1,2,3)
During the Health Check(HC) in class, you will have time to ask questions related to fitness & fueling, report weekly progress & set weekly goals.

Base Cardio: Light to Moderate Cardio, Rate of Perceived exertion = 3-4/10
Postural stability and kinetic chain mobility, muscular endurance, flexibility, core function, and static and dynamic balance

Mondays 6:30-7:15 am
Fitness Cardio: Moderate to Vigorous Intensity Rate of Perceived Exertion 5-6/10
Movement patters with postural and joint stability, all five movements patterns in varied plans of motion, integrating, muscular endurance, flexibility, core function, and static and dynamic balance
External load, increasing force, 5 primary movement patterns, functional training, speed, agility, quickness & power
HC: Health check in with ACE Health Coach, accountability check-in while stretching/rolling out
Ask questions, report your progress, set goals, Mondays 7:15-7:35 am, Thursdays 9:15-9:45 am
