Equipment required for training

You can train without equipment.



If you are ready to add equipment, this is what we use in our training sessions.



1 Resistance band

2 Stretch band

3 2 Weights

4 Pilates ball

5 Yoga mat



You can substitute items in your home for equipment. Pillow for a ball, Soup cans for weights. etc...
