Option 1 ZOOM

Beginner Foundational Program

focusing on core strength & balance , hip mobility and flexibility, Wednesdays weekly from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM (PST) on Zoom

Option 2 ZOOM

Strength Training program offers three sessions weekly focusing on agility, weights, resistance, full body and core, Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays 7:00-7:30 AM (PST) on Zoom

September 15,2022-December 15,2022 $157.50

Full Equipment kit required

$75 (2 Weights, 2 bands & ball)

Option 3 INPERSON

In person classes includes Weight & Resistance Training, Core & Flexibility
