Classes Resuming May 24th at All Saints by the Sea

So we are finally coming back in person once again! We surveyed everyone, thank you for your feedback. The most popular day came in at Tuesdays 2-3pm

I am very excited to offer a strength & conditioning class again & really look forward to seeing you in class at All Saints by the Sea, 110 Park Drive.


Sign up is a 4 week commitment to guarantee your spot

$60/4 classes

Payment by e-transfer to: saltspringfitness@gmail.com.

If you are doing the 4 week series, there are no refunds or cancellations, unless you are sick, the fee can be applied to future personal training sessions with me.

What to bring: 2 weights (I will have a few for sale as well), yoga mat & water.

If you can't commit to the full 4 week, send me the dates you can attend and we'll see if we can fit you in(not guaranteed)
