There is so much external pressure to eat certain ways, fad diets, quick processed foods, and tasty deep fry

The grocery stores are filled with poor low quality fast foods that are quick too- I fell into this trap myself

We’ve created a Food Journal for you for our weekly challenge


Let’s uncover how foods affect our bodies and the following reasons:

Self monitoring - keeping track of what you ate and how it food impacts you

2. BECOMING HEALTHIER

“If I were 5% healthier, I would eat a variety of 5 fruits and vegetables each day - let’s make sure these are added to my shopping list"

3 TRACKING & GOALS

Helps gauge calorie consumption,

and things that might be things you could easily cut out and ways to add more nutrient dense foods


4 ACCOUNTABILITY

Tracking food helps both you and your health coach or dietitian/nutritionist see what you are eating before collaborating to may changes - also puts you in control rather than letting food control you

By working with a health coach or a friend/ accountability buddy - you are more likely to follow through with your goals


5 DISCOVER WITH OUR FOOD JOURNAL

Questions to ask yourself

1. What did you eat?

2. How was your energy after?

3. How did your tummy feel?

4. What was your mood like?

5. How was your stress level?
