Spring Outdoor 4 week fitness series starts April 27,2021
Join our spring 4-week fitness series, starting April 27, 2021- May 18, 2021
The introduction class is April 20th, be sure to reserve your spot before April 19th
Let's get moving enjoying our workout outside during our "Cardio 1 & Muscle 1,2" Class
Bring a mat, water, and a folding chair, your own equipment (hand weights, resistance bands, pilates ball) (kits will be available to purchase)
C1 Base Cardio: Light to Moderate Cardio, Rate of Perceived exertion = 3-4/10 +
M1 Function Training Postural stability and kinetic chain mobility, muscular endurance, flexibility, core function, and static and dynamic balance +
M2 Movement Training Movement patters with postural and joint stability, all five movements patterns in varied plans of motion, integrating, muscular endurance, flexibility, core function, and static and dynamic balance
9 spaces will be set 10 ft apart, Masks are worn on arrival and departure please, and off during class.
Location: Directions will be sent to you once you register and fully complete the Parq form
