What's your #1 reason to be physically active?

We all have reasons to workout & become active ..... what is your reason? Mine started with managing my moods..... Now I have added a few more to my list I would love to see & hear about your reasons 1 Reduced risk of depression (ages 6 to 13 years)

2 Improved cardio respiratory and muscular fitness (ages 6-17)

🧑🕺 Adults 3 Lowered risk of cardiovascular disease (including heart disease and stroke) 4 Lowered risk of type 2 Diabetes 5 Improved cognition 6 Reduced anxiety 7 Lower risk of falls 8 Improved quality of life 9 Improved sleep 10 Improved physical function
