Workout Schedule:


CM: Live zoom cardio & muscle workouts

Monday 6:30-7:15 am

Thursday 8:30-9:15 am


CM: On-demand cardio & muscle workouts- anytime


CM Outdoor cardio & muscle workouts Tuesdays 9-10 am


GE: green exercise

Start the process:

1️⃣ Register: https://www.saltspringfitness.com

2️⃣ Print off our calendar and tape it to your fridge.

Calendars are emailed monthly after registration

3️⃣ Markdown all your cardio & muscle (CM)workouts

Plus all your

Indoor Cardio (C)or outdoor green exercise (GE): walks, gardening 🧑‍ , ‍ 🥾hiking, any movement outdoors that increases your heart ️ rate,

enter total minutes each day, and draw a large ❌ after you finish

Goal: 150 minutes or more/ weekly

4️⃣ Report your progress weekly after class or by email

Totaling your minutes each week

5️⃣Total your minutes for the month, Take a picture of your calendar once completed ✅ and send it to us & celebrate your wins!
